Green Meetings
Organising a meeting in a Mayfair location can still be eco-friendly.
We are passionate about taking care of our environment and, with a little extra thought and effort, we’ve been providing carbon neutral meetings for some years now contributing to the Arrozal-Guarai Fuel Switch Project. This means that you can achieve both your business and environmental objectives in tandem.
We are integrating more and more selections in menus of all types that integrate locally sourced ingredients, organic produce, hormone-free meats and dairy and other natural products that offer guests healthier food selections.
We carefully design our menus to reflect the seasons and talking and working direct with our suppliers. Local products, fresh, seasonal produce, and other ingredients are emerging as a significant focus of our food. A shift to more sustainably sourced and healthier cuisine offers our guests unique opportunities to experience a greater connection to the food.
Our Daily Delegate Rate Package includes:
3 Refreshment breaks: Sustainable Development coffee and Fair-trade teas, served with a fruit bowl and homemade accompaniments (sustainable ingredients)
